Most apartment blocks have coin operated laundry facilities with fresh linen provided. Apartments are ideal for working holidays & holiday makers. They are suitable for long or short term rentals.

All apartments are open plan and have:

• Fully furnished, including toaster, kettle, pots & pans, cooker, fridge, wardrobes & colour TV

With each booking you will receive a welcome pack including tea, coffee, cereal and milk to get you started when you check-in.

Studios - Long Term Prices Per Week

Singles from £140 per week
Doubles from £85 per person per week
Triples from £75 per person per week

The rent for long term is collected each month, on the 1st of the month, and a month's deposit is normally required, however, this is refunded at the end of the term, subject to our terms and conditions.

All the bills are included except for the electricity (pay as you go key meter) and the TV license. To make a long term booking we will require the deposit, however, we can also offer SPLIT deposits, where you pay half now, and the balance the following month, to make the payments easier for you.

The flats are fully furnished with fresh linen included.
