Confirmation of booking for short term holiday letting/working holiday booking:

Complete the online reservation form we need contact name for your booking, contact phone number, email address and credit card details

Credit card details are required to secure your booking. No fee is taken off the credit card as full payment in due when checking-in, unless you wish to cancel your booking cancellation charges will apply.

Amending of booking

Amendments to your booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to your arrival and is subject to availability. 

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation fee applies for cancelling your short term booking is as per fees below.

This fee will be taken off your credit card that you supplied when securing your booking.

Checking-in Policy

On the day of your arrival we will need to take full payment for the accommodation you have booked, also we will need to take a swipe of a credit card as a security bond for the room/studio.

Payment Options

Payments are due on arrival for your accommodation booked; these can be paid by either Cash or Visa/Mastercard/Maestro cards. Cash payments can only be paid in British pounds euros or dollars.
Bank Transfer – If you have arranged to pay via bank transfer, you will need to pay the total amount for your accommodation before your arrival and proof of payment will be required.

Additional fees

Sunday check-in – A Sunday check-in fee of £25 for rooms and studios and a £15 per person for dorm beds.

Late check-in – If you are delayed or plan to arrive after check-in time you will receive an email with the address details and how to check yourself in.  There is a £25 charge for rooms and studio and £15 charge per person for dorm beds for this service.  If you know you will be arriving late please let us know.

Other

Please be aware that the management are not responsible for any loss or damage of personal goods held at this premise.

Long Term Bookings (For bookings where a deposit/bond is required)

Please be aware of the following cancellation policy for long term bookings:

1. Bookings cancelled not less than 30 days prior to commencement of the term - 40% of the deposit will be returned

2. Bookings cancelled within 7-30 days prior to commencement of the term - 10% of the deposit will be returned

3. Bookings cancelled within 6 days prior to commencement of the term- No deposit will be returned.

4. Any holiday letting fee paid in advance for the booking is non-refundable.

We take your booking very seriously and ensure that the room or flat you book is prepared and reserved for your arrival. It is also removed from our availabilities so no one else can book it, therefore, if you cancel for any reason, we do charge an administration fee.

Any reservations less than 6 months (Mid Term) incur a one off charge equivalent to one week rent.

Mid Term bookings are subject to availability.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid, and our office has sent a confirmation email.
