Accommodation London operate many fully furnished private rooms in shared houses which are available for long & short term rentals. They provide a great opportunity to meet other travellers and save money while you are living in London. These rooms are ideal for anyone that are on a working holiday, students, groups or holiday makers

All rooms have:

All houses have:
* Modern kitchens are fully equipped with toasters, kettles, pots & pans, cookers and fridges.
* Internet for emailing and keeping in-touch with your friends and family.
* Payphone (in some properties)
* Bathroom facilities with pressured showers
* Coin operated laundry facilities (in most properties)
* Cleaner for communal areas
* All bills included in the rent

The rent for long term is paid monthly or on some occasions we may be happy to accept weekly payments dependant on the property location, a month's deposit is normally required, however, this is refunded at the end of the term, subject to our terms and conditions.

All the bills are included. To make a long term booking we will require the deposit, however, we can also offer SPLIT deposits, where you pay half now, and the balance the following month, to make the payments easier for you, subject to our terms and conditions.

Please be aware we do not accept dss/housing benefit applicants.
