Hostel
Checking-in
- What time is check-in?
- Check-in is between 11.30am & 5:45pm ~ Monday till Friday and 11.30am & 4:45pm ~ Saturday and Sunday. We offer a free pick up service from the Willesden Green Tube Station during office hours. If you can't check-in between office hours we have a late check-in procedure. (see late check-in details).
- Do I pay more for checking in on Sunday?
- Yes, there is a Sunday fee of £15 per person for checking in on Sunday in the hostel.
- Can we check-in after office hours?
- Yes, if you are checking-in after hours please let the office know and we will send you an email with instructions and leave the keys out do you can get into your accommodation, there is also will be a fee of £15 per person.
- If we check-in late when do we pay for our stay?
- We will visit you the following morning between 9:45 - 11:00am to take payment and sign paperwork.
Location
- Where is the hostel located?
- We are located in Willesden Green, North West on the jubilee (grey) line in zone 2. We also have accommodation in surrounding areas Kilburn, Cricklewood and Queens Park.
- How will I know where my accommodation is located?
- We are an 'allocation on arrival' procedure which means that we won't know which property you will be staying in until the morning you arrive. We offer a free pick up service from Willesden Green tube station during office hours.
- How close is the accommodation from the transport system?
- We have many properties in Willesden Green, Kilburn, Cricklewood which are within 5 minutes walking distance to the tube stations and buses in to the city.
Utilities/services
- Are towels/linen provided?
- Towels are only provided in rooms & studios, not in dorms. Yes linen is provided in all accommodation options.
- Are there phones supplied in each room?
- No there is not phones supplied in each room, some houses do have prepay phones in the communal areas.
- Can I request a smoking room?
- No, all our accommodation is smoke free.
- Is there a fast internet connection?
- We provide an complimentary internet access which is an basic internet connection.
- Can I bring my pets on holiday with me?
- No, Unfortunately we have a no pet policy.
- Do you have laundry facilities?
- All buildings have communal coined operate washing machines and dryers.
- Do you offer a dry cleaning service?
- No, we do not offer an dry cleaning service.
- Are there hair dryers in the accommodation?
- No, Unfortunately we do not provide hair dryers.
- Do you have luggage storage facilities?
- No, you will need to take your luggage with you when you check out.
Change your booking
- Can I amend my booking?
- Yes, but there is an £15 amendment fee for changing your hostel booking. Ring the office to amend your booking.
Checking out
- What time is check-out time?
- We will visit you to check you out between the hours of 9:45-10:30am for dorms. If you need to check out earlier there is a lock box near the front door where you can put your keys in an envelope provided and in the lock box.
Payment options
- Can we pay for my stay on credit or debit card?
- Yes if the amount is over £250 as we have a minmum amount on a credit card. We charge a 5% fee for any card transactions.
- Do you pay more for checking in on Sunday?
- Yes, there is a Sunday fee of £15 per person for checking in the hostel on Sunday.
- Do you accept Euros or any other currency for payment?
- Yes, we accept Euros at the current currency conversion rate when paying. All bookings are quoted in British pounds sterling only. We do not accept any other currency except for British pounds and Euro's.
- Do you accept cheque for payment?
- No, we only accept cash and credit/debit card payments. For any payments by credit card there will be an admin fee of £15.

- Does the accommodation have wheelchair access?
- Unfortunately we do not have wheelchair access, all our buildings have stair access.
- Does the accommodation have elevators?
- No, unfortunately our buildings only have stairs.
Long Term Bookings
Checking-in
- What time is check-in?
- Check-in is between 11.30am & 5:30pm ~ Monday till Friday and 11.30am & 4pm ~ Saturday & Sunday.. If you can't check-in between office hours we have a late check-in procedure. There iis a late check-in charge of £25 for this (see late check-in details).
- Is there a contract fee?
- Yes there is a contract fee charged at the price of one weeks rent. This is also applicable on all renewals of the contract.
- Do I pay more for checking in on a Saturday and Sunday?
- Yes, there is a Saturday and Sunday fee of £25 per room/studio for checking-in on a these days.
- Can we check-in after office hours?
- Yes, if you are checking-in after office hours please let the office know and we will send you an email with instructions and leave the keys out, their also will be a fee £25 per room/studios.

- No phones are not supplied in each room - some of your houses have shared payphones.
- Are there hairdryers in the accommodation?
- No, unfortunately we do not supply hairdryers.
- Do you have luggage storage facilities?
- No, you will need to take your luggage with you at check out time.
- Do you have safe boxes in the room?
- You can hire a safe for your room at an additional £1.50 per day.

- Yes, but there is an £25 amendment fee for changing your room/studio booking. Ring the office to amend your booking.

- We will visit you to check you out between the hours of 09.30 - 10.30am for rooms and studios. If you need to check out earlier there will be a self checkout charge of £10.
