Social Work

There is a great awareness of physical and mental abuse in the UK. This creates the demand for both qualified and unqualified social workers in roles with local police, psychiatric patients and court case participants. Qualifications/attributes

Positions available

The positions fall into 3 main categories:
Children: Includes children looked after, child protection, youth justice, children with disabilities and family support.
Adults: Includes mental health, care of the elderly, drug and alcohol, hospital and HIV aids.
Generic Services: Includes eating disorders and brain injury.

Pay

Qualified : £9 - £12 per hour
Unqualified : £ 5 - £ 6 per hour.
